My goal is to do more therapeutic parenting. It's a long road for me. It does not come natural. It is hard. It means setting aside my crap. It means that I have to look beyond the behavior to the fear. This is not natural for me. It's almost too hard, but it seems to help. It helps me not be so mad. It doesn't escalate the situation. But it's hard.
Oh, and I don't do TP very well, or very often.....

Often there is so little time between the swing of the two and I think that is where I find myself in so much crazy..."
